The classes for all age groups happen from September through May every year. There is a summer break from June through August, and the classes resume in September.

Pictures of the students and their artwork may be published on social media or used for advertising. Please contact me to request that you or your child not be photographed.

All students are encouraged to attend the classes regularly from September through May for consistent progress.

All art supplies in the studio will be provided by the studio, so you can sit back and relax.

Students are requested to catch up with the recording, if available, if any class is missed. Tuition fees will be adjusted based on shorter or longer months, inclusive of national holidays.

If your child has any allergies, illness, injury, or special needs, kindly notify the teacher. In case of an emergency, it is crucial that parents make sure the contact information we have on file is up to date and accurate.

When a class becomes fully booked, students may go on the waiting list for the next available opening, which may occur at any time during the year. I will contact students on the waiting list when time slots become available.

Students will be enrolled in auto-payment after registration and linked with a parent portal account.

For new students, a studio tour can be arranged at any time during the month.

Siblings and parents are welcome to sit in the waiting room, provided they remain quiet. It is difficult for students to focus while a sibling is walking, running, or jumping during a lesson.
